Hardwood Deck & Paling Fence — Mount Eliza

The job

A new back yard in Mount Eliza, built while the pool went in. The deck runs from the back of the house out to the pool edge, so there's one level surface from the door to the water.

A picture-frame border finishes the edge, and a solid fascia closes the open side where the deck sits up off the ground on piers.

Behind it, a new timber paling fence replaces the old boundary. The new run is set straight and level against the old grey fence still standing next door.
